Imo this is probably the worst of the £5 deals they've done. Won't be buying this 1.

Those are not sausages. They are pink slurry bound in the guise of a sausage.

Co-op seem to be giving stuff away at the moment. Just look at Co-op Bank - if you switch to them they will give you £150 - top tip though they also have a deal on TopCashBack so if you apply through TopCashBack you'll get £200 in total.

Pork (42%), Water, Pork Fat (10%), Rusk (Wheat), Potato Starch, Soya Protein Concentrate. Ingredients less than 2%: Salt, Flavourings, Stabilisers: Diphosphates, Guar Gum; Antioxidants: E300 & E307; Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphate, Colour: Cochineal. Allergy Advice: For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold.
Ew

Yum. Personally, I think we're being short-changed with only less than 2% sodium metabisulphate.

He or she makes a valid point, there is very little actual pork content in these sausages. Given the likelihood of the other ingredients at a low production cost. Even at a fiver does it represent good value? Debatable. I certainly would not consume a 'meat' product with less than 75% meat content.
Some clown bought Richmond Sausages to a BBQ a few years ago. Never seen anything so disgusting and the fat streaming into the coals produced real furnace effect.

I've got them for the start. The fat and whatever else is in them drip and get the bbq flaming nicely. Then I throw them.

yeah they've done better deals than this.

I don't like these sausages either but it won't stop me voting hot for this deal as in my opinion the Co-op deals are fab and I am sure someone must like these sausages (even if it is the dog!).

well its a deal which I thought was the whole idea of the site (the clues in the site address) just because some people don't like it doesn't make it any less a deal !!!!
but if you don't like the sausage drop it in the bins they have in co-op stores where the food is donated to Less-fortunate/local charities

I doubt they'd use them as they are perishable and would therefore not be great.

I'm a man BTW, I assume some of these people who are voting hot have kids! Wouldn't feed these to the dog.
