I've never received my sim and they don't offer a free number for customer service...not a good start

TCB is not tracking my transaction, did anyone else buy this through TCB?

Quidco doing £47.50 for next 9 hours but says for contracts between £10 and £20. Wonder if that includes a £10 contract?

Looks like the TCB deal finishes tomorrow - although I guess there is a good chance it will be replaced with something.
Is it only me or have all the talkmobile deals bar this one been pulled from the mobilephonesdirect site? They had some good ones with cashback. They only seem to have one deal per network now.

you get 4gb into your contract if you take it up by then so will last 12 months. - "The double data offer applies for the length of time that you stay on your current SIM Only plan. As long as you don’t cancel or upgrade your contract, you’ll keep getting double data each month."

The deal title is possibly misleading? On the TalkMobile site the price states
"Double Data Offer. Normally 2GB. Offer ends 31st July 2016."
So the 4Gb of data drops to 2Gb come August. That isn't as good as it first looks.

Talkmobile is the only network I have ever had problems with. Ports often fail but to be fair they get it sorted eventually and offered compensation for the inconvenience this time.

How easy is it to port my old number over? Has anyone had any problems or has it gone smoothly? Thanks

wow this is a very good deal. if you add in the cashback from quidco it would work out about £6 a month for it.
£10 per month = £120 per year. minus the £47.50 cashback brings your annual cost down to £72.50 a year. that works out £6.05 a month.
very good deal op heat from me.

Fair enough, but ID Mobile are on Three. So I guess for anyone that doesn't want to use or can't use EE or Three

I just used this to negotiate a better deal from Vodafone too. 4Gb 4G data, unlimited mins and unlimited texts for £10.80 a month, with first two months free (and with unlimited data). 12 month cost is £108 (effectively £9 / month)

What's the advantage to this over the 30 day 4G deals with ID Mobile?

Just if you require Vodafone. Can't get EE signal in my house (not knocking them, **** happens) so EE and the swarm of MVNOs that use them are useless for me.

Make it a 30 day contract then maybe, I haven't really speed tested vodafone's 3g but in my town on Three 3G i get 20Mbps and EE 4G 15Mbps. If its in that range then fine.

On this contract and I have the worst signal ever in Halifax. Indoor is close to zero at home. i should have checked with a voda sim first but you lives and learn.

That's right Vodafone, in my experience it runs quite well, I usually get 15 mbps which is fine for my needs.
