If anyone is interested, the new UT is in Free Public Pre-Alpha - being developed with feedback from players. Me and a couple of friends have been playing for a few months, works pretty well and fair few community maps springing up. Has official CTF Facing Worlds too :smiley:

try changing the graphics between d3d and opengl... i found opengl to work far better

Just to confirm for those asking, it works on windows 10, it was poor performance until I changed the colours to 32 bit

Hey gutsu. Not really sure on activity, have only played a few times in the last few years, but played a bit of ut4.eu UT4 iCTF cup earlier this year. It's looking promising but it's hard to play as they're still working on new builds on a monthly basis.

I loved this back in the day....I've still got it somewhere maybe I'll fire it up. don't think many games gave been as well balanced or just as damm fun

I've used GamersGate before, never had any problems and from my previous purchases, they were quick!

I use to play unreal tournament so seemed like a bargain, but gamersgate is one site i have never used, joined and bought the game,,so far have this message, so will wait and see if it is a good site, i usually check for reviews of sites or products before buying,,,,, £1.38 is not big deal to loose, heat added for the find tho;)

I did him but took a while just have to go round the map getting launchers and the shock rifle and charge them up and hit him!! Defo one the hardest bosses ive faught on a game

Played this as a kid online with our countryside 56k internet. When bad pings were just accepted!! Was probably the game to blame for my continued online gaming habit..

I tried and it kept coming up all funny and very dark i tried the setting but didn't do anything any better plays fine on win xp/7

I remember buying a Voodoo 3 graphics card for my pc just to play this, worth every penny just for the facing worlds map with the sniper rifle
