Star Fox turns the Wii U GamePad into the view from the cockpit of Fox McCloud's Arwing fighter. While the TV shows the perspective from behind the Arwing, players can also use the gyro sensors of the GamePad to intuitively and independently target enemies. Players can instantly switch between the Arwing and Landmaster tank with the press of a button, and the game also introduces a new helicopter-type vehicle. The game is scheduled for 2015.

Price is dropping quite nicely, glad I held off now.

is that because it is crap?

It actually looks entertaining like the older games were.
I did 4 missions last night and it's not a bad game at all. The controls do take some getting used to.

Most disappointing title this year so far that's for sure, however it's certainly not a bad game. Heat! =)

1st one was best for me. Didn't like the looks of sequels. Hope this is more like original

Yes. I was only saying a couple of days ago when it was £25 that people should wait. This game is going to drop like a stone in price. It's completely bombed in the charts worldwide so just have a little patience.
Heat added but not at my biting point.
I can wait.
Local cex already got 11 copies.

That's because you're the viewer not the player.

Suppose it'll keep on dropping more and more considering how underwhelming this Star Fox game is.

shame
still don't have Mario or DK and i guess they are more important.
The way Mario still holds a high price is incredible.

Tropical Freeze received a reprint via the Selects' edition. I was the other day at GAME looking at Wii U games and all looked identical, yet when I noticed the front cover it was the Selects so not really a big deal that the cover is a bit different. Way cheaper so that's fine by me.

This is £29 on Amazon, I don't think it was ever £50!
This looks like the version without Star Fox Guard, a second game that's bundled with some editions of SF0, sometimes as a download code, sometimes as a disc.

This is (clearly) the version without Star Fox Guard as that is only bundled with the limited First Print Edition which comes with the disc version of Guard. No UK copies of Star Fox Zero come bundled with the download code version but it was included with all copies in the US - you can buy Star Fox Guard on its own for around £10.

Apparently the first print edition had a disc in the US.
So Starfox Zero scraping into the top 10 and failing to beat much older games doesn't really say much.

It's interesting that you think (edit: less than) 1/4 million worldwide = bombed while comments on the vgcharts's estimates of 1/4 million worldwide = positive.
Your link was DOA.
Where are you getting your numbers?

I was being extremely generous when I said 250,000. It's more likely 200,000 if not slightly less. And vgchartz is not a legitimate source. Everybody knows that. DOA! lol
We still need concrete numbers for the US. The only place with legitimate numbers is Japan and that is definitely a certifiable disaster.

When will Nintendo learn to make gimmicky controls completely optional?! They literally ruined what could-have-and-should-have been a great game.

I really hope they learn their lesson and stop these annoying gimmicks that no one wants with the NX.
or they are guaranteed to fail again like the Wii U and this time it will be over.

For a product to completely bomb it would have to fail to chart even in the individual formats chart.
April was a really poor month for all concerned.
