They're still available for £4.50 from Amazon themselves...if you look at other sellers on right hand side of page Amazon is top of the list @ £4.50 with a 2-4 week delivery time...have just ordered another 2 sets of them...ordered 1 set yesterday and then decided to get another couple to give as presents...still an add-on item though so order got to be over £20 total.

I have Prime and still had to order an extra £15 of stuff I never knew I needed in order to get the pens at this price as the £20 order total applies to all accounts (even Prime) when it comes to add-on items :disappointed:
