Yeah they are, there is a set of 36 coloured fine liners in Asda for £18 and im a little loathe to throw the money in the bin if they're terrible, the ones i have now i find are nice to write with, probably exactly the same pen tbh but ive bought a couple of Staedtler's before and they were a bit scratchy.
Decent price though for what you get.

The Noris pencils are atrocious. Really far too hard. Staedtler are like that either superb or abysmal their Lumocolor permanent markers are fantastic and far better than any other. But the Noris......:confused:

The ball points in this are really nice to write with and the Norris pencils have a great smoothness to them that you don't get with cheap pencils. I actually think this is pretty decent value. I would just like it if kids turned up to school with a pen and pencil though.....I can dream...
