Both can be obtained for less separately, have no idea why this got so hot.

This game is so damn good, so successful, with so much more potential, Splatoon 2 is another nailed on guaranteed game on the NX software line up.

I don't see the point in running around with a paint gun, one minute you're a person the next you're a squid type creature, what exactly is the goal of the game? Makes no sense and is boring.

Yep, as this is the Squid Amiibo the outfit will be the Mech outfit (nothing special compared to other clothing and no preferences on rolling sub abilities) and the hero shot replica which is just a different coloured splattershot. The mini game is Squid beatz which can be played in the Plaza arcade machine or whilst waiting for players to join a game. It's not bad as it lets you change the background music if waiting a while to start a game. Amiibos for this game are more a novelty but the challenges are quite fun to complete though.
