Only returned a couple of things in several years, so should have no worries being banned, both due to cost reductions. I bet it won't be long before they start refunding the difference again

Mix the compost with some perlite or potting grit to improve drainage.
I bought 100l of perlite for £15.51 delivered via Flubit.

I want to grow rosemary, mint and thyme in large plastic buckets on my balcony. Is this any good for that??

It would be fine I think. If you can get a bit of garden compost (compost made in the garden) to mix it in, it will be better.

well, it'd work, but rosemary and thyme prefer poorer soil, with less nutrients.. whatever you do, ensure good drainage with those two. mint however will grow like daddy o with this.

I ordered 5 bags a few days ago @ £4.97 each, just been on chat to ask them to refund the difference. The outcome, they are arranging for DPD to come and collect them all on Monday (around 100kg). I have just ordered another 5 bags for delivery on Sunday . I even tried to explain the logic in cost saving but they were having none of it... Oh well at least I tried.

Ditto, DPD coming on Friday... lol... escalated it 5 times but they refused so I told them to send a courier to collect... Silly Amazon...

Must be a recent policy change. Before, they always refund the difference.
Also, be careful with making too many returns because Amazon are banning people who make excessive returns.

despite it saying I can order for the Isle of Wight for next day prime delivery, then I tried to order and it said they cannot deliver to the Isle of Wight ? It seems despite paying for Prime, they seem unwilling to deliver more & more items. I wonder how all the shops that sell it get it delivered ;-)

search reviews for one star reviews... I posted on there because they sent me a bag of un-composted twigs last week! worst compost I've ever seen! I've bought this stuff before and it's been fine. they seem to have sent out a few duff batches judging by the reviews. I stuck some photos on of the poor quality of my batch.

Very disappointed with the amount of wood that my 50l bag of compost contained. Surely the lumps of wood should be screened out? I expected better from this well known and, I believe, respected compost!

I found the same problem too, not only that but a lot of it has some off white fungal stuff on it... Plus this stuff along with the Miracle Grow scatter seeds just started a wild fire forest of weeds......... Dandelions, Nettles, Thistles, sticky buds etc - no plants..... Not buying that brand again.
