It's a solid golf game, people just hated on it for lack of courses and modes. There's now a good range of courses, it's lacking some modes from the Tiger games still but very enjoyable. I bought it off a foreign store for about £7 and thoroughly enjoy it.

Playstation were offered it but rejected it for some reason. Not too sure why, can only guess because they wanted to take a 30% cut and EA said no, perhaps a deal was worked out with Microsoft to not take one. Is great value though

It does make me wonder whether the vault hurts new ea game sales with ppl anticipating the date its dropped into the vault.

The people that don't buy any games and just wait for them to appear in the vault won't have bought the games full priced before anyway. If they usually just bought cheap second hand copies of games then selling an EA Access subscription is £20 more than they would have gotten before. Don't forget a lot of people want to play against their mates, if all their mates have the latest game they'll but it so they aren't left out.

I have just ordered an Xbox one, in fact it is due today and am away to sell my ps4.
Now I do have the Rory golf game on my ps4, but tbh I find it a bit boring and will not be buying it for the xboxone.
But this EA access, whats the deal with that?

For a small monthly fee you can download and play a selection of EA games. If your subscription ends you still have the games but can't play them. Going rates about £20 a year.

Awesome news!
It was £12 on a recent PSN sale but I was put off by so many negative reviews.
I played the demo with a few mates and had a blast! It's missing a lot of features, granted, but it's worth £12!
I don't play footie, hockey, basketball or NFL games so I'm really happy this is going into the vault :smile:

I had/ still have an xbox360, both my sons have xbox one`s and I thought I would try the ps4, so that we would not all have the same console, but I did not take to the ps4 interface and especially the online one , the same as the xbox 360`s
Also, we will all have the same console and I can add my username to my son`s xbox and vice versa, and play each others downloaded games
