Yep, very much looks like a store clearance so not only is this likely to be very limited availability but you haven't even said where that very limited availability is so cold I'm afraid.

My local does do this quite often when they are changing stocked lines, last week I picked up some 4 packs of Redbull and 6 cans of Irn-Bru for a similar price.
