Had this last night and made chilli. Goes a long way as it doesn't reduce like meat mince.

Observation: Eaters of recycled car tyres defend the products like they were defending one of their own family or a dog guarding its Quorn bone. It helps soothe the natural urge to sink their canines into a juicy sirloin steak.

A quick google shows Quorn is made from mycoprotein which is fungal protein, so basically, it is mushroom made into the texture of meat. I learn something new every day.

Mix it together with a lower fat 'proper' mince and you'll have no idea you've made it slightly healthier and won't taste the difference.
