absolutely brilliant at gathering dust. i've had one since they were £28 a year and a half ago and you wouldn't believe how much dust it has gathered on it's tiny surface area.

My PC is in my office, I have TV's in bedroom and other rooms thus a £30 box to play PS4 games is pretty cool. Yes you can play on the PC without this but how can I annoy the missus doing that ?

to be honest these are fantastic if you can use them wired (Ethernet) rather than wireless I'm lucky enough to have very good WiFi reception all over my house using multiple ceiling mounted AP's but it was still very laggy...but wired this is a fantastic device. Also not everyone is aware that this can now be done on a MAC or PC as well for free...you just connect a wireless controller with a USB cable

Also on at Asda Trafford (Mcr), in case anyone is interested. Just got me one. :smiley:

​They have WiFi set to power save mode by default - if you turn that off they'll perform far better wirelessly, although obviously ethernet is much better.

They had 10 or so at the ASDA opposite the Man City ground on Friday
They had vouchers for some VITA game included (or that's what it said on the boxes)

Save your money IMHO

Its fine, but your stuck in 720p and you can tell too.. its no where as good as the XB1 streaming.

No, but the "official" remote is awful anyway.

I had one of these and even over wired connection it had enough lag to make me feel sick. But using remote play with my MacBook it's perfect.

owned one of these previously, wired or wireless it suffers from lost signal from the ps4. Took it back for a refund, waste of time.

Could be worse, could've just bought 7.

Have it hooked up for wired remote play into another room and to play my entire back catalog of ps1 games :stuck_out_tongue:

I was going to buy one of these. Looks like prices have dropped as the same service is now available on Windows and Mac. Plus - I don't even think you need a high spec PC / laptop to run remote play. As everyone else has mentioned - better to use wired connection over wireless though.

Yes you can use it to play PS1, PSP and retro emulators. It's a wonderful little micro-console.

Have two PSTVs but it's a special case because they both have 3.20 OFW and are fully softmodded. :stuck_out_tongue:

Waste of money even using wired, pixelation and lag is pretty horrendous, bought for £25 at asda last year. Crud.

Just bought one at Middleton Park in Aberdeen. A few left but i don't think any are on display. Just got to ask.

Got them in Grangemouth store near Falkirk. In a reduced to clear basket at the front of the store so may not be on shelf.
