They are only giving it away on Xbox One (and possibly PC) for EA Access members. There is no EA Access on PS4 unfortunately, so it's not free on PS4.

Only hassle would be setting up a new Canadian PSN account, other than that it's all simple just buy Canadian PSN Topup cards from places like Pcgamesupply website to topup your account and enjoy the great discounted game sales, only get ps3/ps4 games since vita is a bother to use with another psn account so have to stick with one on that
shame its not 2 dollars to a pound any more but still cheaper.
