The deal in question is only available to people who currently do not have a PlayStation Plus membership, which is unfortunately for the vast majority of people who currently pay the sky high prices for the service.

i must have got lucky then as i very rarly look at terms and conditions as they take for ever to go through.i do not have a game store near me as it is around 180 mile round trip foor me but i would of chanced myarm and got one from game as well and tried it.as someone above pointed out it can be pricey.
