I would imagine it is an error not having the gift option on the other sellers, otherwise it is just a yo-yo, not personalised.
So you could probably get it from the cheaper seller if you send them a message asking how to personalise it.

Should be available to everyone...when you add to your basket just tick its a gift before going to checkout and then the box appears after you've selected your delivery address.
