This is just another Lidl deal but I thought might be useful to those who don't use the Lidl app or Website to see the deals while wanted one of these just like Me.
I've been looking for one of these for a while and even been watching a few ones on eBay. For £20 and 3 years warranty I can't see the harm in getting it from Lidl
This looks like the exact model I got 2 years ago. They do several, this one comes with the flexible extension shaft (which I don't think I've ever used!). Really can't fault it, plenty of power and never let me down.

The flexible extension is actually one of the reasons that made me choose this one over the others as its a brilliant option for working on very tight and small parts ... Going to be using it on my car project, the extension is definitely a bonus
Wow that's great, ordered now thanks very much for pointing out as I missed this deal

Could this be used to cut stainless steel?

Yes all you need is the right cutting disc as the tool itself has 5 level of power to adjust and pretty powerful too.

description does say: With a highly flexible shaft for extra precision .
Is this what I need to get the grinding I always dreamed of??

I think this is going to be one of the best tools you have, I have a full size grinder, powerful multi tool and many other really decent electric tools but this one is by far the best one, most practical yet powerful to do everything you need. As I said been looking for such item for a long time and I searched a few retailers including eBay. This is a good piece of kit for £20

Got one of these last year, it's a very handy thing to have. Quality is excellent, and for £20 you really can't go wrong.
wife bought me a Dremel 4000 for my Birthday from B&Q...70 odd quid.....spindle broke on it on flexi shaft......so it went back....refunded....then this came up ....and to be honest......its got all the same qualities and more for £19.99 cased.....with 3 year no quibble warranty......Heated......

got one just seems great, led light attachment been left on and battery is dead but amazing
I had one of these from Lidl last year, I found the quality was very poor compared to a Dremel. It started to fall apart when I tightened up the bits.

If you get one then get on ebay and buy the chuck accessory so you don't have to faff around with the collets and that little spanner. You can get them from china for about £1.20 delivered.
edit: just search for "dremel chuck" and buy it now, sort by price lowest. 99p.

If I'm searching correctly then no need, as the Lidl one comes with a keyless chuck. Or at least my one did 2 years ago.

Think this is the same one (Parkside rotary tool), just an unboxing video, gives a closer look https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zH74bpdjLnw
Also, these videos may help anyone new to rotary tools -
