any bread machines with retractable kneading blade?
Seeing as you are in the know is this cheaper than buying bread?

They have them in my local Tesco (Port Glasgow) rather cheap. I can't remember the price, but I paid £100 maybe a year and a half ago. Good deal!

These are fantastic. Buy one before you regret it. They make fantastic bread. I use mine each and every day. I does literally take 2 minutes to prepare a loaf and then its ready in the morning.
There is a bit of a joke about bread makers that it is something that gets used like a week and once the novelty wears off it sits in the cupboard. But the key is to keep it out on the work surface and make a loaf every day or every other day.

I love the pizza dough from this but I just can't get away with the bread. I actually prefer the granary shop bought bread. Has anyone tried removing the dough and baking it in the oven, and if so does it make a difference to taste?
