never bought this as was designed for fish, some currys definitely taste better with beef than chicken so thought this may be the same

You can use whatever you want. I just used chicken and they were really good. Better than the other varieties.

These are great deals when they have them, these Mexican kits are always overpriced.
Fish Tacos are very common in the US/Mexico, obviously you can have the meat of your choosing here!

These are often on offer there. The beef one is really nice, but only use half of the guacamole spice unless you love things blow your head off, hot!
