Free spare case, not to mention the fact that it is cheaper than the EShop, and you get box art. I'd prefer it over other digital-only titles.

Yes it is a bit bizarre especially with something more collectible like the Mario Mayhem DK Minis on the move double game. What must be said about this game is, this price is way cheaper than it has ever been on the Eshop, and buying it online, and getting an empty box with digital code is cheaper than just simply downloading it from the Eshop. If the empty case is too weird for you, just chuck it in the bin.

I really enjoyed it, watching your players develop over time and pull off some crazy skills on pitch is impressive, I paid full price from the eshop and don't regret it :-)

It is an update of Football Director released on DS. That game was a bit more simplistic, but still good fun. Was a bit to basic and easy. The 3DS game seems to have been improved in all areas, has to be worth spending a few quid on for commuters, HEAT.

It is actually really good - watching the simulated matches play out is quite a joy. You can't skip the matches though. It's by design so that you'll actually see the hard work of the developers. Give the game a chance as it's a pretty addictive management sim. You can get pretty attached to players as they develop.

although i always chime in about the silliness of code in a box the 20 gold points might be handy. I noticed also two mynintendo deals relating to pocket football: 20% off and 50% off but that still doesn't bring the eshop price down to this level so heat.
