Which model is this?
Chanchi32
24 May 16#6
Looks to be an exclusive new model for Tesco
I did have a look at the specs last night vs the WV2 and seemed to be favourable e.g. running time is 2 hours vs 25 mins of the WV2
dwl99
24 May 161#7
The description says 60 minutes on a full charge and the specs say 120 minutes lol

very unlike Tesco to get anything wrong on their website

Can't go wrong with this when bought with Club card double up and making it only £15.
Got to be worth that.

It looks more like a WV50 than a WV2, certainly bulkier.

can this be used to wipe water on worktops in kitchen?(or only useful for vertical surfaces)
BulletRizz
24 May 161#13
I think this is basically a Kärcher WV50
So it's got a 20min runtime, with a charge time of 120min
Chanchi32
24 May 162#14
looks to be similar
webpage says a runtime of 120 mins in the spec and then contradicts with 60 minutes running time in the description
BulletRizz
24 May 162#15
From what I can find none of the Karchers come close to a 60 min runtime.
The specs of the WV50
Run Time 20 minutes
Charge Time 120 minutes
Cleaning Area on Single Charge: 60 m2
I'm guessing somebody mixed the figures up.

Lol. I thought it would be a white elephant too (like the George Foreman Grill and the sandwich maker). However, I was pleasantly surprised that it's brilliant. I have used mine loads. A very convenient product. The official concentrate cleaning solution is about £5 a bottle too.

I got one of these and it's brilliant. If you think about it, washing the Windows is the easy bit. Removing the dirty water without leaving smears is the hard part! This does it perfectly and quickly. I paid £35 with 500 clubcard points back from Tesco.

This model is the same as the original Karcher window vac but with an all yellow colour scheme. It's slightly taller than the latest model and has 5 mins less run time but otherwise it's the same. I know this because it's exactly the same as my old one! I guess they did a production run using the old mouldings! Couldn't resist buying another one at this price, great product!!

Link your clubcard to your Tesco Direct account (create one if necessary). Then when you check out, there will be an option to add your clubcard vouchers.
Boost means the vouchers are worth twice their face value for certain items. So a £5 voucher would give you £10 off.
I'd buy one if she came with it too wash my windows

Thanks for answering my question.
Actually, it's even easier - you shop as normal and at checkout it asks if you want to use your vouchers (you need to be signed in of course) and doubles them automatically.

I must say, I've bought and given away about 7 blenders in my 31 years and really wanted a Vitamix, I settled on a Nutribullet and can honestly say it's worth every penny at about £50-£70 depending on the deal you get.
Never had a window Vac but with boost, i'm guna try this :sunglasses:

I had a Karcher for a couple of years, then the on/off switch wouldn't work. I looked on some forums and it's a common problem. Now I have a Russell Hobbs window vac and, not only does it come with two blade heads, large and small, and a spray/mop bottle, but it cleans better, too.
