So much obsession over sugar content just take kids off devices and they will use the sugar up :smirk:

whatever food u put to your mouth will eventually break down into sugar. dont bother comparing which product has less sugar. just eat everything in moderation.

The asda info gives it as per 100ml of milkshake so it looks like half the sugar but it won't be. Per milkshake the asda one seems to have about an extra 5g.
Milk flavoured milkshakes are a bit boring though and a glass of milk with an extra 50 calories in isn't going to make a huge difference.

I don't know that for myself, i'd re-check but per 100g it's half, which is a massive difference. I personally don't understand why there is any sugar in it at all, milk is sweet enough, you just need the flavour not the sweetness... but hey, obesity is all the rage these days.

I believe the ASDA brand has around half the sugar... so do your kids a service and get that instead - it should be around the same price.

If you mean the asda milkshake powder then the Nesquik has less sugar per serving. Some of this will be from the milk too.
