erm just almost every other product in the world the carbohydrate will be listed as total carbs and a further breakdown of sugar
that said they are not a third - the third is total carbs but sugars is about 13% depending on type

carbohydrate and sugar are 2 different things, both will be labeled under sugar. since this is an oat bar what do you think its made of?

12g of sugar from 2 bars is not so bad. You are "allowed" 30g of free sugars per day.
Besides, completely cutting sugar from your diet turns you into a right miserable ****.

All these "healthy" Nature Valley granola bars are ~28% sugar by weight — almost a third!

I like these, but it feels like they have shrunk. Anyone know if they are still the same weight as they were a few years ago? Maybe they just changed the shape of the bars.

think the bars are the same size but they dropped the pack size from 6 to 5 iirc
