General Monk is fantastic, sexy even - with big pompous purple/deep blue innards, I love it. Also, look out for General Sikorski - prolific and spectacular. I saw it but had no idea what it was like until I saw a video on youtube this morning. Why am I always missing the boat???? Look for those with AGM label and get some with more than one stem... And then you can layer one stem..

I find that at my local branch they just don't look after the plants and they look half dead, but at other Edinburgh branches (esp Granton) they are fab value for money

I specifically go to Morrisons for their plants. General Monk and Garden News fuchsias are fantastic. £1 extreme value for money! Well done, Morrisons!
