I work in Morrison's on the butcher's counter and while obviously I can only vouch for my own store (Caterham) they should be pretty good quality.
The burgers are made in store, we get sent in 85 VL beef trim (85% Visual Lean, that means they're judged by eye to be at least 85% meat, personally I trim off even more of the fat before mincing though so they should be between 15-10% fat)
The sausages are the same ones we sell from the counters, not made in store but the same as the ones you'd buy down the aisle packaged as our "Signature" range.
All in all I'd say they're a really good buy for £3, and no I don't recieve any commission so that is my unbiased opinion :-p

Those sausages alone are £2/kg at the moment (groceries.morrisons.com/webshop/product/Morrisons-Thick-Pork-Sausages-20-Pack/116070011) and grab some well-reviewed beef burgers burgers at £0.83/kg (groceries.morrisons.com/webshop/product/Heck-95-Beef-Burgers/306780011) and you've got yourself the same deal cheaper from the same store.

It makes my teeth itch how people can get so mixed up in stuff on here!! The fat content, the quality, how many chickens lips are in them???!!!
They're £3!!!!!???? Who gives a duck??? I'd rather eat the pigs fatty hangers than that quorn muck.
Get a life.

I think if I put my discount details up on here I'd reach my limit very quickly, lol.
No worries, like I say it's a good deal and I thought people might be curious about what quality they're getting at that price. As I say I can't vouch for every Morrisons but some of us do take pride in our work :-)

Had the pack last night not bad at all compared to the normal meat from our local farm shop which is always best, but on this occasion these are ideal! Like I say £3 Cmon!

If you have a Costco card, try their fresh Aberdeen Angus burgers. At £7.99 for 10 they're not cheap, but they are quite big, and very tasty too!

I think pretty much any burger tastes good when half burnt on the bbq - even the crappy ones.

Tesco Finest Steak Burgers cook up a treat on a BBQ.. although a little expensive at £4 for 6 they are the bets i have had.
I wonder what the percentage of fat is in these.
