Type 00 white flour, 500g for 16p. Was 63p. Looks like part of Morrisons clear out of discontinued items. Found in Cardea Peterborough branch. BBE Nov 16.

I use it for making fresh pasta. I think it is used in baking too.

Great for pizza in addition to pasta like everyone else has mentioned.

Model railways. It's 1/72 the size of regular flour.
I've only just started making bread and pasta this year. It's a lot easier than I thought it would be. Had a few disasters but generally had great results. Just wish I'd have started years ago

Better late than never! Hope you are enjoying baking and rolling.
Is this being discontinued in all Morrison's? That was the only place near me I found that sold 00 flour for my pizza bases

They stopped selling it at mine a while back, if you have a Tesco by you they sell what is labelled as Pasta Flour, which is 00 grade and is what I've been using for pizza.
I've got to admit, I just use strong white flour for pizza bases and they do alright. I make thin bases with the dough.

I've been using it for pizza since the Ferrari pizza oven thread a while back. I've run out of Caputo and the supplier I was using doesn't seem to accept non trade customers anymore.

Jake, have you tried any of the other supermarkets? I have used Waitrose in the past (admittedly for pasta) until I stocked up with this Morrison's offer and found it very good.

ASDA in Keighley don't do it I have asked a few time they didn't even know what it was

I have tried the waitrose pasta flour, but the Morrison's oo is better for pizza.
Just bought 4, charged full price, no customer services and too big queues to go back and complain. #conned

Was the price not flashed up on the display as they were scanned?

I thin its only being discontinued in the ops local store! I hope they don't discontinue it in mine - its always been a good seller. Just use it - at 63p per bag, its hardly broken the bank. What were you going to use it for?

I made these the other day - dead easy and better if the dough is left overnight, so you can have fresh wraps on hand by keeping dough ready in the fridge.
