Yep for pac number. Virgin never even offered another deal. Foreign call centres are great! After canceling they said 'thank you for calling virgin, anything else I can help you with!?'

Anyone ever tried life retentions to get a better deal? I'm on the £6 pm deal with 1gb data but could do with more data.

I'm another virgin mobile customer been with them a few years started off at £15 a month and now going to be £22 per month and just not paying it especially as they still haven't bothered with getting 4g coverage and been promising it for ages.
The £9.45 deal looks good as I only want a 30 day rolling contract until the Note 6 is released.

Too right. Virgin are bandits, only offering 3g with no sign of 4g coming. Loyalty has left the virgin building I think. Life mobile looks like a much better deal. It annoys me as virgin can offer good deals, but they seem so intent on shafting loyal customers it's untrue. Same with their TV deals. I have them chance to keep my custom, they refused, got a great deal with Sky,they came back and offered me a great deal, but I'd joined Sky by then. Useless retention dept.

If you want the uswitch deal you go straight to them and but thru them, the link was added above.
If you want the quidco £12 cashback, goto quidco on a Laptop or tablet, clear any history on there and then Enter life mobile when in quidco and buy from there. You will need a quidco account,it's free and easy set up. Either is a good deal. Good luck

I think this is via uswitch. If you go directly to them it's £9.95 but you can also apply for quidco with £12 cashback.
I'm currently looking for my virgin mobile replacement since they will be putting up my bill by £3 per month! Sharks.
Anyone had a good or bad experience with these people? Tempted.

Got two £5.95 contracts with Life - soon to take a third. Have been fine so far.
Life have the best customer service I've encountered, answer quickly and English speaking.

I got a letter the other day. They said I'd get unlimited uk calls, which is fine if you use them,I use about 50 minutes a month so it's no bonus to me.
Thanks for the feedback tho,I'll sign up for these if I get no joy with virgin. I signed my folks and my boy up to virgin a few years ago,so I guess we'll all soon be on life mobile! I'd have taken £1 extra from virgin but £3??? Their customer service isn't that great anyway.

Whether or not the, or indeed any deal is via uswitch, if and when you apply to Life Mobile and quote uswitch, they usually honour it. They did when I quoted them.

Got the £6 pm deal for my dad a few months ago, transfered his tmobile number over within 24 hours of giving them the pac code. CS (UK based) answered promptly to arrange the number port. My youngest sister has the same deal for a few months now also and she hasn't complained yet of any network issues.
I would be looking to get the missus on a good unlimited calls simo deal in November, myself will look at similar deal to this one come May next year.

Good VMO network, no issues in around 6 months. Wouldn't touch those TPO lot with a barge pole on the other hand.

Really? I used to have 3 numbers with VM but I've moved my number to EE and another to LIFE via TPO (avoid) and iD (avoid them like the plague!). LIFE have been great - couldn't ask more for £6/month.
How did VM tell you they were upping their prices?
