Maybe this is the cheapest around, and we're all supposed to be used to the fact that Lego is expensive, but £90 with a code!??
They can sod right off.

Wonder if Boost will start in time to stack with this. I could go for some £45 Falcon action.
EDIT Sadly it appears not. This expires on the 15th, Boost starts the next day.

good for me, thanks, my son wants this for bday and, yes lego is expensive, but this is a deals site to post things cheaper than rrp. rrp is £129, its £99.99 lots of places, but at 89.99 this is a DEAL cheapest at mo. so am happy and Will have very happy son too! thank you

It's just a fact of life. The most popular brands for anything will always be overpriced.

LEGO is a quality product and this set is a really large when it is built. It is definitely worth the money. If you want to get something cheaper do so by all means, but don't expect it to last, or hold its value like LEGO does.

Always tempted with these Falcon's but i'll stick with my UCS one for the time being.
As for LEGO being overpriced, they must be doing something right to be the biggest toy company on the planet. I've spent hundreds (maybe thousands) with them in the last few years, so not everyone feels the same way

I got this for £76 on ebay 20% off day and it is worth that. Compared to some of the other sets like Kylo's Shuttle and the First Order Transporter's RRP's, I'd say this one is OK at £90

I must have this all wrong, when my son wants a Lego Millennium Falcon he builds one from his Lego box, same with houses, cars, bikes etc. The point of Lego is ?

You've literally just stated "the point of Lego" It's an entertaining pastime, using Lego shaped bricks to build various figures of interest...

You build it, play with it or display it or both, love to see you or your son make a Millennium Falcon, guarantee you couldn't do it without some form of instructions or extra pieces to make it look even remotely like a MF or have the functionality of this.
Why bother with commenting about prices, Lego is expensive and that's it, this is the cheapest around which is what this deal is about.

Not a terrible price for a 1300 piece franchise set. My Lego spending is on hold though. Budgeting for the £250 Technic Porsche 911 GT3 RS next month...

Was just watching "What Britain buys" on TV & they had a piece on Lego. A bloke on there said it was his first ever purchase. Cost to him £350! Said it's now worth £6000 if boxed! Can it be?
