Got mine today. Just to note the steel book just contains a card with a code: there's no space for an install DVD or one included.
I was just getting it for the steel book - sucker that I am :P so perhaps a factor for those in a similar boat.
Also price has increased now :disappointed:

I think it started as f2p but post beta they changed to retail and anyone who had spent money in the beta was given full retail access.
