Was too late to order level packs, but ordered the three fun packs at 9.99 (with offer worked out at 6.66 each). They were delivered yesterday.

gutted, just got cancellation on the ghostbusters pack. wouldn't have ordered the ghostbusters fun packs without that - doh!
oh well an extra 5 quid on top of the refund is welcome!

I wouldn't bet on it. They said they're cancelling all £9.99 misprices across 20,000 products. It was a technical problem which priced a load of stuff at exactly £9.99, and they're intending to cancel all of them. Plus, the Lego Star Wars one was even harder hit with people buying huge quantities at once than the Dimensions stuff was.

They're also giving people, they claim, an extra £5 gift payment via PayPal as an apology. So far I've received my refund, but not the extra payment.

hopefully that bodes well for some of the lego star wars orders too

Just received and email from Entertainment Store saying my order for the DC Team Pack will be cancelled because it was a misprice.

From the wording, they basically said they had too many orders at the wrong price. If they'd had less, they've have sucked up the mistake and fulfilled.

"Here at The Entertainment Store, we always try to honour any mistakes we make with pricing by fulfilling the order and absorbing the loss. We received an unprecedented number of orders on Tuesday, and unfortunately in this instance we will not be able to fulfil your order at the £9.99 price."

So basically, all the idiots who ordered bucket-loads of these have screwed it up for everyone else.

I think the Fun Packs were a legit special offer, so I'd expect those to be fulfilled. But the Team and Level packs were a misprice.

how many did you order? i'm hoping mine are dispatched because i was literally the first person to buy them at the price, and if other people get them i want em too! lol

Yep I asked when it would be despatched and got the same as my Force Awakens order that there wasn't any stock. More fool me

It is really up to the retailers to do their bit to prevent and discourage scalping. The odd retailer will limit to 1 or 2 per customer which helps, but its rare. How ironic people are buying them via ebay, just to plonk them straight back on. Some will probably have listed them already!

Got the 3 new, wave 5 fun packs for just shy of £20, thanks for the heads up op. Shame I wasn't able to get the better packs... good luck to the people trying to sell them on Lego aren't going to let these get rare / retired / out of print for years to come!

The DC Team pack has come into stock another three times since the initial lot, 10 the first time, then 7 each of the other two times. The same person who bought all 20 of the original stock, has bought all of those as well. He's up to 57 of these now. I call shenanigans.
