Fantastic film, instantly confirming Matthew Vaughn as one of the best directors out there and Taron Egerton as one of the brightest new stars.
Already one of my most-watched films, it's super-stylish, brilliant fun, refreshingly innovative, highly quotable, has superb set pieces and a wonderful soundtrack too.
It's excellent from the very first moment of the fabulous opening to the sound of Dire Straits' Money For Nothing to the last second of the closing credits to the sound of Heavy Crown by Iggy Azalea and Ellie Goulding - an absolute, total, utter joy!

I've been changing the living room around so only just got it hooked up and the surrounds configured again. It took a while to get it outputting UHD to my TV, then I realised I had to enable UHD input on that specific HDMI port on the TV,once I did that the picture (Mad Max) looked great, and the Atmos sound was coming through loud and clear despite my limited 5.1.2 setup. Obviously not a thorough review but for the 10 minutes I've had a chance to watch it was excellent. Particularly impressed with flames and gold glinting in the sunlight.

I don't have a 4K setup yet but as this comes with a regular bluray too, I might as well grab it at this price.

To be fair, I found Genisys to be better than I expected. But that was solely down to the excellent effects of the young Arnie terminator fighting the old Arnie Terminator. I actually said to myself "Wow. How the **** did they do this ???" the other actors were absolutely off the scale awful though.
Arnie was the best actor. Doesn't that say it all ?
