My kids school project this term is mini beasts, the school recently took them to the local pond to do some pond dipping & they thoroughly enjoyed it, so have been looking around for bug viewers & equipment for them to carry on their interest at home. Found this great little set for £3 at The Works & when I used code GOPHER20 it took another 20% off making it £2.40, the same set is £4.99 at Amazon & more elsewhere, code works on quite a few items inc Paw Patrol Golf Set making it £2.40, character balls 80p, bubble wands now £1.20 & many more, will pop some links in 1st / 2nd posts.
1.2KG Tub of Marbles £2.40
Red Smiley Face Space Hopper £3.20 with code
Football Goal Set £4.80 with code
Play Tent with Tunnel £8 with code
Build Your Own Den - 75 Piece Kit £8
Giant Rainbow Parachute with 24 Balls £8
Contains: 1 x magnification tub, 1 x pencil, 1 x net, 1 x record book, stickers and instructions.
Why not spend the £2.40 on a storage tub and dig it into the ground to make your own wildlife pond, i did this with a 30 litre tub from b&m and it is now home to several newts and lots of different insects including great diving beetles, water batman, pond skaters and the odd frog. it is great to check it daily and see all the different creatures that have found this small pond, it is good to give some of my garden back to nature.

great fun with the kids but you can go pond dipping with a jam jar and some string, not sure why you need to buy a kit?

We have a pond complete with frogs, a hedgehog house complete with resident hog (first time this year after waiting 3 years, we're so excited), a bee house, bird boxes, we've bred butterflies every year using those kits you can buy (think I love doing that more than the kids), we have a fox that visits every now & again, we've heard scuffling late at night & we're hoping that might be a badger though kids swear its the gruffalo.

Why not? The school had some kits, the kids loved using the nets, for £2.40 the contents don't look bad, so bobs your uncle, anyway the post isn't just about that kit, they had some other good buys with the code, the space hopper thing is a good price, the tub of big marbles is a fab price ( I nearly had a heart attack last year when I saw the price of bombers in a toy shop ).

Yeah I voted hot anyway, it is good for those that want them, I quite fancied the goal kit
