Currently having major issues with Karcher Outlet, not Karcher but JMS, they ship items that have clearly not been tested or refurbished then you have to try and return it. They have promised me two delivery dates for the replacement and missed both. Currently waiting for a refund and expecting them to refuse to refund the delivery charge.
