No idea to be honest, but I bought them because my son had a pair of these (or similar) that were called JVC Extreme Explosives, and they were great, so for a tenner I pounced. :-)

And I've always been told that, and yet this morning the woman at the tills said that as I had reserved at that price I could have them at that price, so I got 2 pairs for £9.99 each. I'm guessing she was probably wrong, but I'm not complaining - So if not too far out of your way, might be worth a punt.
