Could not agree more with the last comment. Just contacted them to have my account closed and cancelled my newsletter. Will never use the company again.

Wonder how they don't understand that not honouring such orders which may perhaps cost them a few hundred pounds makes them lose customers who would have been worth thousands to them in the longer run...not to mention the others who would be advised to avoid them too. Technically, if money has been taken off the card, it constitutes a contract and they HAVE to honour it ( unless they don't have it in stock which is not the case here)

Agreed mine has been cancelled it was a gift. Deeply unimpressed with this shower of cra*. I certainly will not be ordering from them ever again or believe anything they advertise!!!!

I just got a cancellation notice too. just looked at their website and they have changed the offer to £12 off of £29.99 starting price. took them long enough to notice it was wrong!

i think they applied the code the wrong way around... a code reducing BY 17.99 instead of reducing TO 17.99. hope anyone who waslucky gets their orders.

Looks like Zavvi are [email protected] consumers yet again with their "bait & switch".

Perhaps better off buying from Amazon? Only a couple of quid more, but you'll get the item quicker and get an immediate refund if it doesn't work.
