I just picked up from High Wycombe Store (Tel: 01494 412274), I asked in store, they have stock back in most of the stores. After your reservation, call the store & press 5 to Customer care then ask for a confirmation.
I was upset that my order in south London stores was cancelled due to out of stock 3 days back.. now very happy.. & totally happy for 30£ :)
I used on my carpet and it feels like super powerful, its hard to push when suction is on, the better way is to pull it backwards. and the amount of dust it catches is amazing.
Another good thing is, it has its own clips to hold the accessories/parts + washable suction dust pad.

try ringing them, website is not up to date. if they got stock then they will update the website, coz last time i reserved the item and after 1 day they cancelled all orders from that store due to no stock.

I find this cleaner almost impossible to use. As per the initial post the only way is to drag it towards you. The hose connection on my version is made of plastic which is not very strong. They break, I am on my second one. Next time the cleaner will be going in the bin. Bissell treat the wand as an accessory and will not entertain a replacement under warranty.

oh that's sad, but I find its easy to move fwd and bwd if you reduce suction valve near wand, may be for 30 this is worth... :wink:
