Thank you! I've just looked again at it again on homebase & I think I might stick with my laminate - I think it might get messy to try & get a decent finish with the pre-glued vinyl - I'd end up peeling it off & sticking it down again & again!

Ah f***, I've just got back from collecting my 16 boxes of the golden oak flooring from the previous post and have now seen this... Which is better? Tempted to order the same quantity of this for comparison, but I don't know if these will look better than laminate - please help!!

To be fair, I've only ever used laminate before, so I can't speak from personal experience with vynil. Have quick look at this link. It has a comparison between the two

No.
3 x 3 metres equals 3 metres squared which equals 9 square metres, NOT 9 metres squared. 9 metres squared equals 81 square metres. 81 divided by 1.95 equals somewhere in the region of 41.5 packs, or 45 to account for wastage.
Primary school arithmetic ?

It's a bit deceptive putting plank in the name. Nearly ordered then I realised it's nowhere near as solid as laminate

For example a room of 3 x 3 metres equals 9metres squared. 9 divided by 1.95 equals somewhere in the region of 4.5 or 5 packs to account for wastage

[quote=hehehaha]how to do i measure a room to know how much i need plz[/quote
Length times width equals square meter age Divided by the amount of square metres of the said pack i.e. In this case 1.95 equals amount of packs requured

I think so. From what I read on google anyway. It looks a bit more flexible, and can be cut with a stanly knife
