I mixed a tin into a pack of Tilda flavoured rice, very nice. Obviously it's all about personal taste

Got some of these the other week when at 50p. Tin of chopped tomatoes added to one of these tins works a treat and levels the sweetness out a bit, and of course it makes double the amount (obviously)
Failing that, Just get two tins of chopped tomatoes and add some Italian herbs, splash of Worcester sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomatoe puree, half teaspoon of sugar and away you go

Probably because you are so used to all the chemicals and crap that come in Dolmio and such like sauces!
