Yeah back to 14.99, so 14.24 with the 5% fb code.
Still worth it? I'll be getting it at some point but I'm in no rush.

It was originally £12.99
Even with 5% off you'll get 14.24 as your final price...

Does anyone know what happens if you already own the disk but then buy the digital version? Does it recognise it doesn't need to install? And retain the saved game progress?

Yes, I think gtav was an exception to that rule but if you buy this and enter the code you'll be ready to play without the disc on your old saves immediately.

I already had the disc version installed before buying this. When I booted up the game it asked to do a 700mb update then it played just fine

Probably - but I always seem to end up playing almost every game franchise in reverse order.

Welllll. In my experience retro gaming is normally only rewarding if you have nostalgia for the games in question (and even then it can be a disappointment when you realise how much gaming evolution has improved the experience). Having said that, I didn't play the halo games first time around and I still think Halo:MCC is well worth it at this price.

I think even the disk version ends up being around 60gb installed ... And both need a 1gb patch

Yeah, although I found the first two took me twice as long to complete, as I kept obsessively switching between classic and remastered views!
