I know most people on here are bored of GTA deals so they usually end up cold but for those that appreciate the ever evolving game - that doesn't lose its value - due to on going regular updates and improvements then this is a really good deal and only comes around a few times a year.

The game alone is only usually this price when Game or shopto have this or a similar deal on forcing Amazon etc. to be competitive - well as competitive as they can be without giving extras!! - and the rest of the time up to £49.99.

Strategy Guide is sold for around £14.99

Whale Shark Card is usually £32.99.

So you don't like GTA? Or paying for online currency?

This offer includes a hard copy of all items (maybe not the card usually just comes on a receipt or email) so you can easily sell for a profit and even more if you wait until the game is back up to full price everywhere when this offers over! Easily double your money if you can be ar$£d. Or just gift the in game dollars to someone who does appreciate the game and sell the game and get your money back :smiley: Either way its a win win really especially with the bonus strategy guide that's not usually included.

I've been looking for cheap in game money since Game had a similar Easter deal on minus strategy guide and for a few quid more and cheapest I could find is £8.99 for $1.125m on eBay so was glad I checked shopto this morning!! That's me sorted with $3.5m for FREE as I can definitely get £31.85 back for the game and the guide!

Anyway you guys all hate it so whateverz. Apologies if this has been posted already did do a quick search and never seen anything.

[Think the game alone is currently £32 from Argos and Amazon on offer but still £49.99 at Game and other places. You can get it on Amazon for £29 or so I seen but it's up to a months postage with no bonuses!]

Hi I bought the game from Tesco on Friday and I haven't receive a email for the whale shark money code or anything is there something I'm ment to do to initiate a email to come through.eg join VIP club or something

Not sure about Tesco they usually email you or send the code on the invoice that comes with the game. Best just getting in touch if you haven't already! (4days ago! so presume it's all sorted just seen comments today lol )

Code not in Orders and the book has joined pages at the bottom throughout the vehicles section, anyone else have these issues?

If code not there probably best having chat to shopto. There's usually a live chat icon somewhere on site. The code shows up under your address when you click Orders then the GTA order but if it's not there send them a message! As for the book I ordered a few of these and apart from one having a dent probably from throwing about in sorting office all was fine and well packaged.

This deal seems to be still going strong due to Rock star approaching their financial status shortly and selling as much as they can right now! Anyway if you are buying more than one and don't use shopto a good idea is to buy one at a time as you get a discount.

My first one £31.85; Second one £31.06; Third one £31.06; Fourth one £30.28 - shows up as this when login so not even an end discount!!!

I'm not a greedy dollar maker I just wanted cheap in game money and will sell the extra games when everyone else has stopped doing so on eBay!! lol :smile:

Listed my card on eBay today and it was bought straight away, made the mistake of listing it as digital delivery.
Even though the buyer had over 1000 feedback it just looked dodgy as they have bought over 10 different codes for Xbox and PlayStation today but before that it was mainly for selling clothes and jewelry.
Got to be a hacked account?
Cancelled it anyway, not taking any chance and make sure I list it as sent by post next time

Does sound a bit dodge. Was the feedback recent for other stuff? I've seen some accounts with decent feedback then last positive was 2014 so they just using some old account. I've never had issues with codes. Most people are happy to get a discount on them but ten a day is a bit much!! If someone wants that much money they can pay £8 for a hacked account with 10billion dolla courtesy of many hacker sellers on eBay. I usually write some pish about having access to accounts and no refunds given just to warn off the scammers and one time I had a $8million card and wrote I'd only activate it with access to their account temporarily and applied it myself then let them change password back!! But most people would think that was a scam on my side lol

To be clearer log in and click "Orders" then click the relevant one and it'll show code under your address.

The code is in the account section if you login to shopto account and click the order it'll show the code somewhere. Never sent me an email or paper copy so discovered the code online on Saturday right after placing order.

I don't think you'll get a physical card. With my tesco order they emailed me the code. I'm sure game will do the same when they pull their finger out.

I've had ebay remove listings of DLC codes I've had up, they've closed down an auction I had running for an ipod touch with the music left on it.

Since then I've always sold digital stuff at a fair price on buy now with best offer switched on, that way you can censor who buys it to a degree by checking out the prospectice buyer before clicking to accept the offer.

If you want to take the risk with a code on eBay but won't be allowed to sell on here as its value is zero and it's digital. EBay just need make sure you don't let people with low feedback buy it in case they say it "didn't work"!! I've sold codes on eBay before not had issue but there are some people out there wanting a freebie! If you were robbed you could always contact xbox and say your code never worked and not mention you sold it on eBay and they'd likely credit your account if you have xbox and send copy of your proof of purchase etc.

I don't think it's an actual card as the code has already been generated online and my order not delivered so you'd have to sell the code at own risk via ebay. Just make sure it's not a new member with low feedback etc!

massive thanks for this, i have the pc version and the experience is AWFUL and totally unplayable due to the amount hackers which obviously they cant combat at all, so i will buy it on Xone instead thanks again nicky

Hi sorry for delay. I haven't received my game yet so don't know if it's a card but I'm guessing it'll just be a printed invoice as I was able to instantly go into my shop to account and find it already generated on the order history! Unlikely to be a card so have to sell at own risk!!

Not bad, the retail price for those cards is a total joke though. The amount of money hacks going around (well, at least on the PC version) is ridiculous. Plus the cash isn't too hard to get regardless :stuck_out_tongue:

I'd say my Witcher 3 collector's one will end up on Ebay eventually the way the price of that has beem rising since it went out of print :wink: blimey I got it for 13 quid so I wish I'd have bought a couple more but hohum
