It's ok I called them. It's a glitch, so they will cancel all orders. The guy even thanked me for saving their behind. I have £50 of free stuff in the post apparently. He'll also get an internal reward of £100, so he's heading to the pub after work.

Assume that they will send us apologize tomorrow, they can easily cancel our order while they still got thousand of emails, addresses, information from us which are totally free. What a smart strategy!

All of mine had attachments signs too. I know for a fact now that it was sanctuary who done it, seeing as it has happened to all 3 of us. It didn't go into my junk folder either

i woke up to 25 junk email but it isn't the account i used to order the sanctuary masks, though i did get about 3 with the account that i used

Lets not jump to conclusions here.
Here's my story:
I signed up for the free face mask using a 'fake' email address - lets say mmoose+sancfreemask1(at)gmail.com.
[Again not my real email so feel free to spam this one as I wouldn't get it]
Gmail has this functionality where you can add + and any number of letters behind it but before the (at) sign.

This is what I observed so far:
1. No emails besides confirmations were sent to mmoose+sancfreemask1(at)gmail.com - therefore, I don't think it sent my details at least to any spam providers. No one but Sanctuary would logically send an email to this specific address.
2. No increase in spam mail sent to mmoose(at)gmail.com, my main email. Although providers MAY remove the letters between the + and (at), many spam bots don't as it may lead to invalid addresses.

Therefore, I don't think that Sanctuary has sold our details to spam providers.

TIP: Dont give your real email when signing up for stuff, always tag it with something like sancfreemask1. If it was really sold to spam providers, you can just set up a filter for that email address to send all mails sent to that specfic address straight to trash.
If you really want to be specific, you can send all mails to that address to trash, but leave out ones sent by Sanctuary Spa.

EDIT #2: I did opt out of their spam mails before clicking submit and did NOT sign up for an account.

No cancellation email yet and first order has been taken from my account. Second amount is still showing as pending...I'm not desperate for the money back but not sure why they are claiming the funds when they obviously won't fulfill the orders..

Postman came and left, no free face masks. I suppose even paying the extra GBP5 (for next day delivery) would not enable you to get this.

I did that too on first order but missed the cut off point for next day so mine wouldn't be due till tomorrow. ..its a tracked service, so no email, no delivery...

Hm. If you ordered on Bank Holiday Monday, thats before the 2pm deadline on Tuesday I presume and therefore would arrive today (Wednesday)?

After you place an order for Products, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to the email address you provide on your registration form (Acceptance Email). The Acceptance Email brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
I belive that email is the one we have all been sent so they cannot legally cancel

I just came on here to confirm the MySpace thing with the junk mail. Definitely coincided with that. All my junk mail came through on an old email still connected to MySpace. The new email I have that I used for sanctuary just got the standard amount! Definitely MySpace. Annoying! Change your password. (And change the password on anything else you use the same one for)

That sounds like a confirmation, dosent say anything about needing to wait for a second email

Royal Mail came and left again - not optimistic about delivery.

No email from sanctuary other than the one, that i believed by their t&c, formed the contract. Money has been taken (not pending) from my account but my order went from processing - warehouse - closed.

I don't expect the company to honour all the orders, but you'd think they'd just apologise and send a sample to appease the masses...

Also not how the cancellation email some have received will apply to people that have met the minimum spend? For example, I paid £18 excluding delivery, so surely above?

Yeah I agree, fully expect by now it won't be honoured. But I am surprised I don't have so much as a cancellation email. It's a bit odd.

FYI I ve got the same message from Sanctuary that everyone is talking about and couple of days later I received through Royal Mail one of the orders I've placed on the day with the price glitch.I ve tried my luck though by placing a dozen of orders and I choose the normal delivery not the one to pay for. I may not be the only one who got their free order honoured by Sanctuary but at the moment I am the one saying it out loud to inform everybody else and I hope you will gonna be honoured the order as well.
