if it helps anyone in a similar situation to me where they don't need delivery asap but still want to take advantage of the offer, Tesco confirmed that they are able to defer delivery until you need it.

a good discount but delivery for heavy furniture can be pricey, £38.95 for a TV unit i was looking at :smirk:

try using delivery saver - it is free for one month atm, then you can cancel it, then your delivery will be free as soon as its tesco unit you want :smiley:-

Yeah it includes Silentnight too, so this with free delivery, initially said delivery mid-June but courier booked in delivery to me next week!
