​dry at 145f for about 6-8 hours depending on how thin you cut the meat. no need to cook with beef but I usually marinade it for 24 hours , get a recipe from the Internet. If you want to use Turkey or pork then yes you would need to cook first . I find cooked meats have a very different texture , I'm not really a fan

Got these and the Brookside chocs - almost next to each other at my Tesco. No sausages though!

Tasty although I didn't realise it's New Zealand beef, packed in the USA, and imported/distributed via Germany. I guess that's why they're in the World Food aisle! :smile:

ah dam, checked the snack aisle but had every other jerky but these! Will try World food tomorrow. These deals are a right pain to find!
