Found in World Foods aisle, in a box alongside various similar items (rather than in a strip down shelf divides).

dry at 145f for about 6-8 hours depending on how thin you cut the meat. no need to cook with beef but I usually marinade it for 24 hours , get a recipe from the Internet. If you want to use Turkey or pork then yes you would need to cook first . I find cooked meats have a very different texture , I'm not really a fan

Got these and the Brookside chocs - almost next to each other at my Tesco. No sausages though!
Tasty although I didn't realise it's New Zealand beef, packed in the USA, and imported/distributed via Germany. I guess that's why they're in the World Food aisle!

In the oven, it takes a few hours but I prefer turkey to beef and I like to add a little extra spice to it. I do like Jack Links though and welcome any chance for a free packet

yep, I use a dehydrator I got from eBay. it is pretty straight forward. it took a few goes but got my technique down now
the biggest problem is getting the right meat. I found flank steak by far the best, I buy it in 5kg bags from the wholesaler.
