Iceland have got a great deal on just now instore. Buy any 3 of the following products and the wok is free.

Uncle Ben's Sweet and Sour, Medium Curry or Medium Chilli sauce £2.00

Uncle Bens longrain rice (2 x sachets to boil) or Basmati, Egg Fried , Golden Vegetable, or Savoury chicken Microwave rice £1.70p

Cheapest amount you can spend is £5.10p , i bought the mince that is on offer at £1.00 and combined it with the rice and chilli sauce) Bargain

Do you pick up the wok instore or send off for it? Is it non-stick?

Pick it up instore, its all on the promotional shelf. It is non stick and feels good quality.

Sains,Asda,Morry currently sell the microwave rice for £1.
Means you'll be paying £2.10 for the wok at Iceland.

cheapest you can spend is £4.70. The uncle Bens rice time is on offer for any 2 for £3 at the moment, the rice pouches/boxes are £1.70
