It can be returned & Exchanged at any UK store.
It clearly states on the order form it came with the goods.
3 options
a) at UK store
b) £9 charge with return label supplied.
c) or return using your own postage via UK post office.
Just done mine for free at a store, exchanged one and refunded one.

**** customer service ever. UPS "can't find" my address. they actually read it out to me on the phone then passed my call around til I got fed up. charged me to 'return' the item that they never delivered or even tried to deliver. avoid at all costs

Not really their fault if UPS couldn't locate your property. Not a reflection on their products or this deal.

Looks good. How is the fit on Hollister tops etc? As you would expect or ridiculously tight? Thanks.

They are a very tight fit. I'm only just a large size normally and I have to buy extra large hollister clothes

The quality is very reasonable for the price. The branding on a lot of their gear is nowhere near as 'in your face' as it was 3-4 years ago. If you're moaning about the 'size is too small' then order a size up.

They changed their policy a while back.
You can now order to store for FREE at any time, and return any item ordered through the web to home or store for free back in store.
All you haters, go back to Primark. Cheers

No you can't. Stores don't deal with returns or exchanges.

I'm a 40 chest and their medium fits me perfectly although they are typically very slim fit so if your midriff is a little larger then Hollister isn't for you
