There are probbaly some people who will probably think its a bit crazy booking now for February next year but I couldn't resist posting at this price. For just £130.65 a week in Fuerteventura. This is half term for some, some are the week before.
The hotel is the Castillo Beach Park in Caleta du Fuste on a self catering basis. You can book the hotel with just a deposit but you will need to book and pay for flights now.
Breakdown
Hotel £110.58 book at Alpharooms.
Flights £388.60 book at Norweigan (add hold luggage on if you want it).
Transfers £23.45 at Hoppa
Total £522.63/£130.65

Agree re transfers. You can be waiting an hour for other flights to arrive and it must be the final drop off if transfer time is 50 mins. It's about 15 minutes on the bus for a couple of Euros or well worth getting a taxi for four people.

Yep, the clue is in the name Fuerte (strong) Ventura (wind). All the hotels are built in such a way that the pool area is protected. The beaches can be difficult though.

if you go in the summer the wind is very welcoming, we were there this Feb was quite nippy unless you could find a sheltered place

Not crazy at all looking far ahead. We're already booked for next January (Tenerife) and already looking at March and May or June 2017.

You just need.to amemd the search. As the previous poster mentioned GC is a similar price but hotels were more expensive but it is just a case of amending the search.

Great deal for half term

Is half term beginning to be staggered across the country then(which would obviously be very beneficial for family holiday prices),because here in Norfolk February half term is the week before.

Don't bet on it, travel companies will simply increase prices for longer periods now to cover all the staggered holidays. Makes me mad.

Same here, in the South West it's always the week with Valentine's day.

Best to book all post-referendum holidays now, as the pound will be worth b*gger-all afterwards, when we vote Brexit. :disappointed:

Surely the Euro will fall against the pound if that happens?
I think they need us more than we need them.

My girls are 12 and 14 and to me and in the eyes of the law they are still children!
Fed up with airlines amongst others ripping us hard working parents off.
Hot from me though :sunglasses:

Why should adults have to subsidise 14 year olds taking up a plane seat?
