For those that didn't get it at it's original price, it is cheaper than what it is currently being sold for, so that is a moot point.

The only screenshot I have is the claim page showing £10 off the season pass. I received my cash back after I asked them on twitter if they made a habit of not paying out their advertised cash back amounts. I had it paid within 24 hours after months of messages through their customer service. If I can be a help in any way let me know.

I've been in contact with Quidco on Facebook regarding my missing cashback. I only received £0.42 instead of the £10 that was advertised. They are playing hardball and asking for a screenshot of the offer. I didn't take a screenshot at the time I made the purchase as I didn't expect there to be any problems. Very disappointed with Quidco on this. I'll be using Topcashback in future.

Update... I've finally got it sorted. I had to take my complaint to Twitter. It's pointless them having a customer service department if all they do is copy and paste a response saying declined and not reading your email. Don't give up people. It makes me think twice about using Quidco though.

they just asked for my email address for account pretty much and got it done in a couple of hours

I had enough waiting for them to reply via email and stuff.
I went on Facebook and sent them a private message today and I can happily say I have been paid £10.
I have an image as proof but not sure how to attach as its a screen shot and image attachment asks for link.

I also have a claim raised with the retailer. I don't hold out much hope but think quidco should honour it as it looks bad on them. I have given them the details of my order 3 times now

I'm the same, Microsoft denied the claim stating it was the correct amount but I don't know if got the screenshot of the deal. strangely the deal isn't in the expired deals and vouchers.

It was denied for me too. I don't know how they can get away with advertising £10 cashback then denying it. Anyone got a screenshot of the deal?

I have just received a message telling me that cash back has been denied. WHY.
I HAVE WAITED MONTHS FOR THIS.

The offer on Microsoft store was £10 cashback, through quidco. So far I have received £0.42!

The reason a bought the fallout 4 season pass at £24.99 was because I was expecting £10.00 cash back - I thought this was a great offer, so I bought it.

But I have not received what you offered. Please resolve this. I feel cheated and as a customer and user I should not feel this way. It is unfair.

Bought and used Quidco, they only gave me £0.42 so I've screen shot the picture of the £10 cash back and disputed a claim. shall let you know how it goes.

Just thought id add that even after putting in a claim for the £10 cashback Microsoft have denied it!

anyone screenshot the offer as proof could post it here? I'd need to make a claim but the money doesn't get tracked until 22 more days. If it hasn't changed to £10 then you can make a claim but I'm guessing there needs to be evidence.

I don't know what I did... but went to Quidco, there was no specific offer.. so clicked on the general save upto 10% / £120 cashback link.. Ordered the Season Pass for £24.99, and when I went to checkout it automatically deducted £10 as a discount. And to top it off, Quidco has tracked the cashback at 43p :smiley:

Same her but when I go to log a claim it says "Please don't worry - it's normal for cashback from this retailer to track at a lower amount initially and to update once confirmed. In the unlikely event that this doesn't happen, please contact Quidco Support and we will be happy to take a look at this for you."

Bought the season pass 3 days ago through Quidco. I have only got £0.42 tracked cashback when it was supposed to be £10. Just opened up a claim but won't hold my breath for the £9.58 that's missing.

Are you certain you are looking at the Microsoft store and not the Xbox store? as when I click the 'Get Deal' button it still shows as £24.99

Im of the train of thought that season passes should not be more expensive than the full game and you get get Fallout 4 for around 20 notes now.
