Just been offered the deal for Ultd mins/text with 25GB data for £19 (RRP £37.99).
Asked for my PAC code a few days back, got a phone call back today with this deal allegedly available for all customers.
Can be instantly changed for those in a 30 days rolling contract with them or those nearing the end of their current 12 months contract.
If they become adament in no such deal then ask for your PAC code as you've found a better deal elsewhere and wait a few days for those in the retention team to call you back.

By asking for your PAC code, you're essentially telling them that you want to switch network providers. EE being a business they'll want to keep you on their network in which case they'll try to better the deal.
It's sort off a blackmail as you're asking them for a better deal otherwise you're switching to another providers. (the one I quoted and was looking to switch to was BT 20GB unltd mins/text for £20)

If you're at the end of contract or out of contract it's worth doing regardless as the PAC lasts 30 days and if you don't use the PAC you stay with your existing network on your existing package. So you threaten to leave, see what they offer and worst case is they offer nothing better than you already have and you stay put.
If you just go in and ask for a better price they won't offer this, if you just ask for your PAC and don't get into a discussion with the person, a day or so later the retentions team should call you offering a much better deal like this. Just hold your nerve for a day or two while they get around to calling.
I recently got UL voice/txt and 18GB data for £16 a month.

I'm with EE currently paying £9 for unlimited calls & texts with 5GB 4G data, but I'd pay an extra £10 for 25GB double speed 4G if it was offered. Just called EE on 150 using options 1 then 4 then 2 and spoke with a nice lady called Stephanie. Best she could offer was to price match BT for unlimited calls & texts with 20GB data, but it would not include the EE extra bundle for double speed 4G and European calls/texts and Stephanie was adamant it was not possible even for a manager to override that. In the end I asked for a PAC so we'll see if they call back and offer a better deal...

I think that if you're still well into your current contract they've no reason to try and give you a better deal, why would they when you've agree to pay £xx a month for 12 or 24 months?
The requesting PAC and seeing if they call you back most likely would only work for those out of contract or in the final month, don't expect the sales person to offer you anything special, it's the call back from Retentions that seems to give the best deals.

I spoke to someone yesterday called 'Michael' - he was 110% sure there is no such thing as 25GB data for £19.99 per month.. I gave in and agreed with 20GB per month for £19.99 - At this time I requested my PAC code.
LUCKILY this morning I got a call from EE again asking if I was moving to another provider (she wasn't aware that I had already agreed to 20GB per month).. I told her that I was moving to BT etc and she offered me 25GB, ultd texts and mins for £19.99 a month with 0 hesitation.
So now I'm on 25GB data, unlimited texts and mins per month (mins and texts are international) also on Double speed 4G!
I was also told that this will NOT go back up in price - it will stick at £19.99 even after 12 months!
