Why the cold votes? EC technology are quite reputable here for their 22400mAh battery.
Surely this battery is just as good in a smaller portable form?

Kinda. EC Tech are of variable quality. Plenty of us have had poor products from them. The 22400 battery I had from them was terrible.

One thing tough, I bet these use 2000 or 2200mAh cells so 4400mA rather than 6000mAh capacity

I have a couple of these and are reliable. Problem is more their length which is double that of the smaller ones.

Seems like a bargain to me - size-wise seems to be authentic, quite likely 2x 18650 cells in the tube and a bright torch as well!

Looks great to me. I've been using their 22400 battery since christmas and it works great, I've had no problems with it. This would be the same quality, just a lot more portable.

1 AMP is really slow charging speed. Recommend 2 AMP or higher!!!

Have you actually measured how much your phone pulls? 1A is pretty standard for most phones, despite claims otherwise. Top of the range models can charge faster but for these I rather have a Qualcomm quick charge compliant model.

I'm not saying your point is incorrect, but I have an old moto g and that charges noticably faster in a 2a port than a 1a

I think the old moto's can draw up to 1.5A.. You can get a cheap and cheerful gadget on ebay which can test the current/voltage to the phone and it can also test the capacity of the battery in the original post.

I think you're wrong there. This is my first EC tech deal. Never heard of them before this. Anker are a better brand for rechargeable phone batteries. But this was cheapest at the time of buying. Hence posted here. Are you a troll and a timewaster?

My old Moto G first gen (XT1032) charged at 1.10A Max. I suggest checking if the 1A charger was really 1A.
Theres also a possibility of different revisions since motorola claims 1.5A on their website.

Who gives the warranty? Not sure about amazon, but eBay warranties are a scam. Would like to hear of someone that managed to get something low value replaced.
