Be aware these aren't actually Debbie and Andrews sausages anymore, sold the business to some big foreign firm who drastically rescued the quality. Debbie and Johns sausages are now actually the heck brand of sausages, usually found next to Debbie and John sausages.

Agreed. You may as well eat veggie sausages if you eat high meat content pork sausages as they'll be just as dry.
Fat is what gives flavour, why take it out?
