I know that wickes have deal on buy one get one free but if you are like me and the nearest store is few miles away and the cost getting there would work out the same price,I thought Argos was a good deal.
Autumn Gold is available in all my local stores. I haven't checked the other colours.

Wickes don't do the Silver Copse version though. I bought a 9ltr tin from Homebase for £16 and have got one 5ltr tin on this deal. Works out about the same give or take a pound.

Also known as orange! It's what I have on my fences and shed.
Just a heads up that ducksback goes on and stays on sawn rough wood very well. However it does have a tendency to come off smooth, planed wood. Also my friend used it on some old fences and it has also come off in places and we're not sure why as it is fine on the newer panels.

Isn't paint bad for decking/fencing and sawn wood, and that it's advisable to use decking stain instead?

This is for fences / sheds. I wouldn't use for decking though as it's not hard wearing enough. Use a decking stain as you have suggested.

Thank you. What about decking stain on fencing?

I've never tried it but it should work as it's just wood. The question will be whether you can get the right colours and the cost as I think it's more than this.

I got some from Home Bargains for £8.99 yesterday. Thanks for your advice.

Excellent paint. Preferred over the wickes deal, as can get as many as I want without it being an even number. Looks great on the fence and has that waterproof feel. Nice find!
